Dongguan Jeek Precision Technology Co., Ltd. — founded 2013
Low Volume CNC Machining Without Tooling Commitment
Evidence strip: founded 2013 · about 40 CNC machines, as stated on the company website · ISO 13485 trust point, valid until 2028-04-15 (no certificate number or issuing body stated).
Low volume CNC machining covers orders that are larger than a single prototype but not yet mass production. Because CNC work needs no mould, a buyer can order a limited run, test it, and then repeat or revise the design.

What this page covers
- Machined parts in limited runs, direct from a drawing
- The same machining route from prototype through to continuing production
- Vacuum casting as a companion route for a limited run of plastic parts
- Metal and plastic materials, with finishing applied where the part needs it
What to confirm before ordering
Low volume work still needs the same drawing discipline as a single prototype: material, critical dimensions, finish and quantity must be stated up front. Before ordering, confirm minimum order quantity and lead time for your drawings.
Drawing checklist
Send the drawing with units and scale stated, the material and grade, the critical dimensions and tolerances marked, and the finish required. State the quantity you need checked and the question the part must answer: fit, function or appearance. Uploaded files are used only for the quotation, and non-disclosure agreements are supported.
Quality checks
Parts are inspected with a coordinate measuring machine, a projector and height gauges, with quality control at each production stage, and a dimension report can be provided for a project on request.
